The truth about global warming – documents which are desired to be forgotten
Above there is a very vast opinion regarding to the ‘all the world problems’, but there is also a document, which exactly concerns the global warming effect. The Lipska Declaration is a document, which was signed in 1995 by 25 meteorologists and 80 other scientists, who stay against the global warming hypothesis and the Kyoto protocol. This document (declaration) and its content was criticized seriously by many scientists. The Kyoto protocol is a document which is a supplement to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and also an international agreement in the matter of global warming. It was negotiated at the Kyoto conference in 1997. It delivers (among many others) an information that the country which sign it is obliged to limit the emission of greenhouse effect gases till the exact time. Poland also sign it up. The authors of the Lipska Declaration claim that it is not based on the solid scientific facts and moreover its assumptions are not possible to achieve. The statements are based only on computer and theoretical models, which are not excellent end differ very much from the realistic world. They claim that people should of course be sensitive to climate changes and to our human activities because it always influence on human being. The results of warmer and colder periods are the evidences. However they do not admit that world is threatened with the climate cataclysms and that we need quick provide actions. IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) specialists can not ignore this document, but it brings them a problem. What is more it is not possible to say that it is definitely untruth because it contents essential facts, which could not be considered as incorrect. What they can do is passing it over – and that is their way to let it disappear somehow. The newest document called Oregon Petition, signed by the President of the American Science Academy and former member of IPCC who could not stand the diligence of this commission. It relates to the Kyoto protocol and appeals to make the Kyoto assumptions unacceptable. It emphasizes again that there are no scientific evidences which deliver a certain information about the fact that an increased level of greenhouse effect gases, caused by human being, do not cause dangerous climate warming and weather disturbances. What is more there are some serious evidences, which say that the high concentration of carbon dioxide in atmosphere is in favour with the nature development in the world.
