Global warming - facts connected to temperature increase
Many articles carry out the information about the effects of global warming. First and simultaneously the most crucial point of it, discussed in a huge way, is the fact that it leads to serious changes in climate in the whole world.
‘The 2005 is sad to break all records, because it is known for many heat waves, and was recognized as the hottest year in a history’ (Eko i My, 2006). ‘From nineteenth century till contemporary times, the average temperature has increased about 0,7°C. Scientists warn, that exceeding the 2°C border will cause that mountain glacier in Greenland will be completely melted’ (Eko I My, 2006). According to this, there comes severe, dangerous, weather phenomena, which should be definitely considered as threatening to our Earth. ‘The pessimistic version of the climate prediction says that the temperature may increase up to the 5,8°C till the end of our century!’ (Eko i My, 2006).

The direct effect of global warming, considered very seriously, is increasing the oceans level (Fig. 2). It is undeniable that it can lead to many cataclysms, which will endanger live being in our planet.
